Eligibility and 18+ requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use platform features. By registering, you certify your age and legal capacity to agree to these terms.

Allowed use

TheLifeStyleKey is a Key and contact-sharing service for adults who have already chosen to connect. A Key owner shares a unique Key link directly by QR code, NFC, or message and decides what appears. You are responsible for your content, links, sharing choices, and compliance with applicable law.

Product boundary

The service is not dating or matchmaking, member discovery, a public member directory, proximity search, recommendations, who-is-online, adult-content hosting or sales, an escort or services marketplace, paid sexual services, or a payment service between users. You may not use a Key to offer, arrange, promote, solicit, or facilitate any of those prohibited activities.

Prohibited content and behavior

  • No pornography, sexually explicit images, explicit nudity, live cams/services, adult-content sales, or links that offer them. Key imagery must be non-explicit.
  • No paid sexual services, escorting, prostitution, compensated arrangements, or services offered in exchange for money, gifts, housing, travel, or anything else of value.
  • No minors, age-misrepresentation, trafficking, coercion, exploitation, nonconsensual imagery, harassment, impersonation, illegal activity, fraud, malware, or prohibited goods/services.

Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations, abuse signals, or legal obligations.

Termination and deletion

You may request account deletion from your dashboard. See Account Deletion for timing, retention, and audit exceptions.

Membership and billing

Before payment, the account page and Secure Checkout show the digital membership, USD amount, billing cadence, automatic-renewal terms where applicable, cancellation terms, and Refund Policy. Founders Key is one time; Master Key and Skeleton Key renew until canceled. No membership includes hardware. See Billing Terms and the Refund Policy.

Governing law and forum

To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes may be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in North Carolina. This choice does not take away mandatory consumer protections, a non-waivable forum or jurisdiction, statutory rights, or a valid right to use small-claims court. These terms contain no mandatory arbitration requirement.
