Membership billing
Cancellation Policy
Master Key and Skeleton Key subscriptions renew automatically at the selected Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually cadence until canceled. Account owners may cancel at any time. When automated billing management is active, Account → Membership & Billing provides the cancellation control and Stripe Customer Portal. When it is not active or the provider is unavailable, that authenticated page provides a Membership & Billing support request instead.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Access continues through the Stripe-confirmed period end, except where earlier restriction is reasonably required for fraud, abuse, security, chargeback or dispute, a legal obligation, or an equivalent exception. Ordinary cancellation does not include a prorated refund. A request is not shown as complete until Stripe confirms it; unavailable or unauthenticated provider operations fail closed.
Scheduled subscriptions may be reactivated through the hosted Customer Portal before the effective cancellation date. Billing cadence changes are also completed there and become authoritative only after reconciliation.
Separate actions
Canceling renewal does not delete an account. Final account deletion is blocked while Stripe reports an active recurring subscription so billing cannot continue after portal access is removed. Account deletion does not itself promise a refund. Founders Key is a one-time membership and has no recurring renewal to cancel.
