Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases from LiveTru Ventures under the TheLifeStyleKey brand. Cancellation, account deletion, refunds, and payment disputes are separate processes.

Master Key and Skeleton Key

You may cancel a recurring membership at any time. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and access continues through that period. Ordinary cancellation does not include a prorated refund. We may remove access sooner where reasonably necessary for fraud, abuse, security, a chargeback or dispute, a legal obligation, or an equivalent exceptional circumstance.

Founders Key

Founders Key is a $399 one-time lifetime membership. You may request a normal refund within fourteen (14) days after the authoritative successful payment time. After that window, a refund is available only on the exceptional grounds below or where applicable law requires it. A completed full refund revokes the Founder entitlement. The permanent historical Founder number is retired and is never reassigned or returned to the 250-position total.

Corrections and exceptional grounds

Regardless of membership type, we may issue an appropriate correction or refund for a duplicate charge, billing error, unauthorized transaction, fraud handled through the appropriate dispute process, failure to deliver the purchased entitlement, or where applicable law requires it. A partial correction does not automatically revoke the whole membership.

How to request a review

Use Membership & Billing support and identify the purchase and reason without sending card numbers or security codes. An authorized operator verifies account ownership, the processor record, the applicable reason and amount, and records the outcome. Bank processing time is controlled by the payment provider and financial institution.

Authority and access effects

A browser return, screenshot, support statement, or unverified request cannot change billing state. Only an authorized processor operation followed by signed event and authoritative reconciliation changes the application record. Refunds and disputes can remove access as described above.
