Physical & NFC Product Returns

Physical and NFC products are not currently offered for sale through TheLifeStyleKey. This policy is the implementation path that must be presented before any such commerce is activated.

Ordinary non-custom products

An ordinary, non-custom physical or NFC product may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to its disclosed condition requirements. For a change-of-mind return, reasonable customer-paid return shipping may apply when disclosed before purchase.

Vendor or fulfillment error

A vendor-caused defect, damage, incorrect production, incorrect customization, wrong item, fulfillment error, or covered shipping damage is eligible for an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund without requiring the customer to bear the vendor-error cost.

Customized products

A personalized, customer-specific, uniquely printed, or encoded-to-order product is ordinarily final once customization or production begins. This does not limit remedies for a defect, vendor-caused customization error, fulfillment error, covered shipping damage, or statutory rights.

Any future product page and checkout must identify whether production is custom, when production begins, applicable return shipping, tax treatment, delivery expectations, and how to contact LiveTru Ventures before an order is submitted.
