Reporting & Takedown

Use this flow for policy violations, privacy complaints, copyright notices, and urgent safety concerns.

In-product reporting

1. Open the Key and use the report action.
2. Choose the reason and include supporting details.
3. Our moderation team reviews and takes action based on risk level.

External takedown requests

For legal notices, include:

• Exact URL(s) and screenshots.
• Reason for request (privacy, impersonation, copyright, safety).
• Your contact details and authority statement.

Privacy rights and other investigations

Submit a privacy-rights request or a security or abuse investigation request through the tracked request workflow. Reports about a specific Key or image still belong in the in-product reporting flow above.

Emergency situations

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Platform reporting is not an emergency response service.

Minor-safety concerns

Possible minors, age-ambiguous sexual content, grooming, and exploitation are priority safety concerns. Submit the exact Key or image URL and the minimum detail needed to identify the concern. Do not download, copy, or redistribute suspected illegal imagery. See our minor-safety response statement for how the platform may contain and escalate these reports.
